Jayson’s career in the real estate industry started over 23 years ago when he used his Diploma in Architectural Technology to obtain a position as a Property Valuation Consultant for a privately held assessment company. Travelling all over Ontario, he visited over 600 residential, commercial and industrial properties providing inspection services and compiling site data reports for in-house Assessors.

His professional path then lead him to the new home building sector where he worked his way to the position of Operations Manager of one of the largest residential design firms in the GTA. At the time of his departure from new home construction, Jayson’s portfolio consisted of managing eighteen (18) active residential projects for some of the industry’s biggest players. At the same time, running the day to day business operations of a residential design firm of over forty (40) employees.

In 2007, Jayson left this all behind and leapt into the world or real estate sales and self- employment. In his first year with Re/Max Spirit, he was awarded the Best New Realtor award for sales and professionalism. He has collected many sales awards since, and has been under the banners of Re/Max, Royal LePage, and Century 21.

In 2015, his quest to diversify his service platform lead him to the mortgage industry where he obtained his Mortgage Agent’s license. Now equipped with an in-depth knowledge of both real estate & mortgages, Jayson’s service level to his Clients has improved exponentially. Seeing the benefit to leveraging other professional’s skills as well as his own, to help improve overall public service, Jayson began assembling his Team in 2016.

Today, Lincoln Realty Ltd. offers a ‘One-Stop’ shop for real estate, mortgages and mortgage investments.

At the time Samantha had just graduated from George Brown College with a diploma in Early Childhood Education and was faced with the tough decision, continue to Ryerson and obtain her Degree in Early Childhood Education or begin a new career in real estate,

Samantha has since worked in both front and back end operations of the real estate industry. Working as a Deals Secretary, Office Administrator & Executive Assistant to a top selling realtor in North Toronto. In 2017 Samantha decided it was time she fully utilized her passion for helping people in the field of real estate and she began the process to become a licensed Realtor.
